Your report will be shared digitally with your referring doctor. A copy may also be provided via email or patient portal.

For Doctors

Routine cases are reported within 24 hours. Urgent cases are usually completed within 1–2 hours.

Mark the request as urgent during submission and provide relevant clinical details. Critical cases may also be communicated directly.

Provide patient history, symptoms, provisional diagnosis, and specific clinical questions for accurate reporting.

Reports are delivered via the system portal, secure email, or integrated PACS/HIS workflow.

Yes. For urgent or complex cases, radiologist consultation can be arranged through support.

For Radiographers

DICOM format is preferred. Ensure studies are complete and properly labeled.

Remove unnecessary personal identifiers while keeping essential study information as per guidelines.

Ensure correct positioning, adequate exposure, proper collimation, and no motion artifacts.

Upload studies via the designated portal or PACS integration and confirm successful transfer.

Retry after checking connectivity. If the issue continues, contact technical support with case details.
